Dr. Paolo Mainardi
After graduating in chemistry in 1981, he began collaborating regularly with the Faculty of Medicine.
Our mission
The Microbiota is at the center of our studies. An organ that performs control functions that can be easily influenced by food. Hippocrates defined it as endogenous forces that rebalance the disharmonies that lead to diseases.
